We believe in providing amazing cheerleading and tumbling classes for children of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to cater to each individual on their journey. We work to create a safe and nurturing environment for your Athlete to develop their skills and build their confidence. Whether your Athlete is beginner or advanced, our well-rounded program ensures they receives the tools they need to succeed.

Ages 3+ years
At TRIBE, we specialize in teaching all levels of tumbling, from basic skills such as roll progression, cartwheels, round-offs, and walkovers to handsprings, tucks, layouts, fulls, double fulls, and everything in between!
We take pride in teaching our Athletes progressively, safely, and in a fun, drill-oriented setting where they can learn, feel, and progress at their own best rate. Please read about the different class tiers by clicking below.
This class, billed monthly, gives you one class per week for the entire month! There is no long-term commitment, you can join at anytime.

Ages 6+ years
Our CHEER BASICS Classes are 55 minutes long and focus on many of the elements of Cheerleading! The class is broken into Jumps, Flexibility, Tumbling Basics, Motions, Stunts, Dance, and More! This is a great option for young Athletes interested in cheerleading. Unlike our Intro-to-All-Stars program, there is no set session, no performance, and no limit to how long you can be in the class. Perfect for ages 4-10, your Athlete will love this fast-paced weekly class and learning about every piece of what makes cheer, cheer! This is a great option if your Athlete is looking to join a Prep or Novice Team.

30 minute class
Ages 6+ years
Our JUMP Classes are thirty minutes long and focus on flexibility, strength, power, and technique used in Jumping for cheer and dance. Although these classes are only thirty minutes in length, your Athlete will get a supercharged, fast-paced workout that will truly help their jumps. On both the all-star and high school scoresheet, jumps account for a major percentage of the overall Team score - and this class is a great way to build individual skill while helping your Team improve that score.

30 minute class
Ages 6+ years
This class is dual purpose – to increase flexibility and strength in all types of Athletes. While this class will focus on flexibility, strength, and drill for pulling body positions, this class is perfect for flyers, bases, tumblers, or any Athlete wanting to increase their success.
The main goal of this class is to work to increase the ability of our flyers to pull body positions quickly, safely, and efficiently
Flexibility and strength are both of huge importance in Athlete progression and safety as it keeps Athletes' bodies less susceptible to injury and increases longevity in sport. This 30-minute class meets once weekly and will focus on drills and stretching to increase overall flexibility of legs, shoulders, and back, as well as building strength in arms, legs, and core.

Ages 7+ years
HIIT ZERO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class at TRIBE Athletics in partnership with TRJBE FITNESS designed to help cheerleaders maximize their strength, stamina, and conditioning to feel more prepared for their routines during the season.
These 30 minute classes, complete with a warm up and cool down meet each Athlete where they're at to push them to new limits physically and mentally.

Ages 7+ years
Did you know that approximately 75-80% of all cheer Teams are bases?
Our BASE STRENGTH Classes are sixty minutes long and focus on strength, conditioning, grips, footwork, speed, and mobility to be the BEST BASE you can be. These classes will use resistance bands, weights, our Full Up Feet, bodyweight, and more to create a fast-paced learning environment for bases of all levels and ages.

Ages 6+ years
This class has one main goal – to give your Athlete time in the air and on drills specific to the skill they are working to perfect in the air. This class is perfect for flyers and aspiring flyers ages 7-18. Flexibility will be built into this 60-minute weekly class to help Athletes perform harder, higher-level skills with ease and confidence.
The class size is limited to six Athletes maximum on a talented group of three of our TR⇧BE Staff members, and this is the perfect opportunity to get ready for high school or college tryouts, increase comfortability and confidence in a real-life flying situation, and have fun gaining personal skills.
Due to the nature of the class and limited spots, we will adhere to the following priority guidelines for Athlete enrollment. We encourage anyone interested in being in the class to sign up for a waitlist – please understand that the waitlist may be long and we cannot guarantee you will be able to get into the class.
