Birthday Parties at Tribe Athletics

Both of our Party Packages are a great way for your child to celebrate their special day. The birthday child and their friends will love having the entire class area to themselves to take part in games, obstacle courses, and fun activities. 

Party pricing includes a total of 10 children with the birthday child. An additional fee of $15 per child may be paid for larger parties with a maximum of 20 children including the birthday child. Parties are 90 minutes in total with 60 minutes of gym time and 30 minutes in the Athlete party area. Our party hosts will also help with set-up and clean-up. We do not provide any food or drink options with our parties. 

Party Set-Up

You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your event to set up. You will have 3 6ft rectangular tables with chairs to seat all guests or to be used as a gift table or for food and drink.You may bring in your own table cloths and other decorations, but please do not decorate with glitter, confetti, or sticky substances. 

Food and Beverages

You are welcome to bring in food and drinks of your choice (excluding alcoholic beverages). Please plan to provide your own plates, napkins, utensils, and cups. 

Participant Waiver

Price includes 10 participants, each additional participant will be $15 each with a maximum of 20 guests (birthday child included). 

Please have all guests (birthday child included) execute our Waiver prior to your event.

Confirmation

We will confirm your birthday party within 3 business days of booking. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
