Pre-Employment Screening Form

1. FRONT END STAFF
   1. Currently Hiring
   2. Sundays (afternoon and evenings), Monday-Thursday (Approximately 4-9PM)
   3. Responsibilities include
      1. Taking attendance
      2. Gym-wide cleaning tasks
      3. Assisting tasks for Coaching Staff
      4. Giving gym tours
      5. Restocking cleaning supplies and fridge
      6. Answering general questions
      7. Being the first smiling face new and existing members of our TR⇧BE see upon entering the gym.
   4. No cheerleading experience necessary
   5. Must be 16 to apply
2. TUMBLING COACH
   1. Currently Hiring
   2. Hours range and are flexible – all days and times, typically in the evenings on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
   3. Responsibilities include
      1. Coaching Tumbling Classes (to possibly include beginning tumbling, intermediate tumbling, and all-levels tumbling)
      2. Providing safe and effective drills and spotting for Athletes to learn in a growth-mindset manner.
      3. Following Gym Protocols for progression as well as class structure.
      4. Working with up to 10 Athletes at the same time on individual goals with different stations.
      5. Working in a Team setting with other members of the TR⇧BE Staff to provide the best experience for every individual Athlete in the Class Setting.
      6. Working with the Team Coaches to ensure Team Athletes with specific needs are being met during the Tumbling Classes
   4. Experience is preferred for all levels and required at higher levels. Onsite training will be provided regardless of experience, including a hands-on and written proficiency exam upon completion of training.
   5. Must be 18 to apply
3. CHEER CLASS COACH
   1. Currently Hiring
   2. Responsibilities include
      1. Coaching a variety of Classes (to possibly include Cheer Basics, Intro-to-All-Stars, Jump Class, Flex & Strength Class, Stunt Strength Class)
      2. Providing safe and effective drills for Athletes to learn in a growth-mindset manner.
      3. Following Gym Protocols for class structure.
      4. Working with up to 12 Athletes at the same time on individual goals with different stations.
      5. Working in a Team setting with other members of the TR⇧BE Staff to provide the best experience for every individual Athlete in the Class Setting.
      6. Working with the Team Coaches to ensure Team Athletes with specific needs are being met during the Classes
   3. Experience is preferred. Onsite training will be provided regardless of experience, including a hands-on and written proficiency exam upon completion of training.
   4. Must be 18 to apply
4. TEAM COACHES 
   1. All Positions Are Full for the Current Season
   2. Our general process for fostering the growth of Team Coaches within TR⇧BE Athletics is to hire for one of the above class types first.
   3. Often, we are able to develop or see potential from our class coaches and place them with a Novice or Prep Team, and then an Elite Team.
   4. Must be 18 to apply and have a high level of commitment to an entire season.
